The Gay Podcast for Everyone
Formerly They Can't All be Betty, this is now simply: The Gay Podcast for Everyone™: the LBGTQ+ community, our families, and our allies!
In this podcast, I chat with people whose supportive conversations are helping to keep the closet door open, and we'll talk about how we can normalize conversations within our family dynamics.
It's possible to choose unconditional love even if you don't understand the journey. Let's talk about. Because awkward conversations are better than none at all.
Monthly podcast. New episodes the first (1st) of every month.

19. BONUS: Stumbling through topics and conversations and learning as you go with guest, Lori Briones
In the trailer for this podcast, I mentioned the acronym LGBTQ without the "+" at the end. I panicked about it. Was I unintentionally excluding a section of my community from the conversation? Because that wasn't my intention.
Certain topics cause us to pause and ask ourselves if we said something right, or if there might be a better way to say something, overall.
In this episode, my sister, Lori Briones, and I dive into how we can give ourselves the grace to fumble through conversations. Join us as we break down why that moment stressed me out so much and how we can move forward in conversations when we realize we could have said something better.
mentioned in this episode: Episode 9 with author, Chris Tompkins (Messages From the Playground: Raising LGBTQ Allies)
